Dr. Parvin Shafa is the founder and practicing physician of OC MedDerm Medical Center, a state-of-the-art center for Surgical, Medical, and Cosmetic Dermatology and Best Skin Doctor located in Orange County in the city of Irvine, California.

Dr. Parvin Shafa was awarded her medical degree and dermatology training from Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, where she graduated at the top of her class. Afterwards, she completed further training at UC Irvine, where she was involved with multiple research projects and was published in major medical journals. Subsequently, she continued her journey by completing her residency at Loma Linda University in 1995.
