A family-run business, founder Lokie Perez Sr, apprenticed for many years before embarking on his own foundation repair company. Coming from a corporate senior manager role, his passion drove him to pursue a craft which allowed him to blend the art of science with a challenge. (No two jobs are alike.) Since then, the family-owned business has added three sons to the team, each with their own skills to pursue a tradition in excellence.
