James S Meditch, MD

Dr. Meditch received his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, NY. He completed a residency in primary care and internal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, PA. He sees patients at AHN Downtown, Pittsburgh.

Dr. Meditch provides inpatient management at Allegheny General Hospital. Patients are cared for in the continuum of their health, as an outpatient and when hospitalization is necessary

Dr. Meditch has seen patients through Sewickley Primary Care, Heritage Valley Health System, for more than 20 years. He was president of the medical staff of Sewickley Valley Hospital from 2006 to 2008 and was chairman of the hospital’s Department of Medicine from 2012 to 2016. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
