Laura Hlavaty, PhD

Dr. Hlavaty is a pediatric psychologist at Akron Children’s. She earned her bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in Chicago, IL and her doctorate in clinical psychology from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed her clinical psychology residency at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and a pediatric psychology fellowship at Akron Children’s. She supports patients in the hospital’s Lois and John Orr Family Behavioral Health Center and Maternal Fetal Medicine.
