Hi, My Name is Olver,

I am the owner of CBD Nirvana. I was introduced to CBD first in the UK where I was running my own architecture practice. As anyone that works in that industry can confirm that line of work comes with a lot of stress and long nights. I also have dyslexia and ADHD. And the combination of all those factors had led to a point where I struggled with high levels of stress and anxiety. I could not sleep as my mind was racing all night and I struggled to stay focused during the day as I was tired. It was a vicious cycle. I started getting muscle inflammation in my back and shoulders and eventually high blood pressure. Someone introduced me to hemp-derived CBD tinctures, and I thought why not try it, I’ve got nothing to lose.

Now I want to be clear that I have no proof that the CBD had a direct effect, or it was a placebo effect but the first thing I noticed was some pain relief from the swelling in my back and a better night's sleep. And as I was sleeping better and getting more rest my stress and anxiety levels started to come down and gradually as one or all of the links in the vicious circle started to break, I started to get my life back. And finally, as I managed to get a healthier routine I also could get my blood pressure back under control with regular exercise and a balanced diet. All in accordance with Dr`s advice of course.

After my positive experience with using CBD, I also introduced my mother who suffers from bad arthritis to it. She was very skeptical at first as she associated it with cannabis and thought it would give her some sort of high. One day when she was having bad pains from arthritis, I managed to convince her to give it a try. Needless to say, she did not get high as good quality and legal hemp-derived CBD has 0-0.3% THC in it and therefore would never cause you to get high. But she did feel much better. She did not feel the pain as badly and felt much more mobile. Obviously, this is no cure in any way and again this could be a placebo effect or the CBD providing pain relief. Whatever it really was my mom now always insists on having a bottle of CBD with here wherever she goes to help here cope with those really bad days when arthritis strikes hard.
