We are one of only 3 facilities in the Cleveland area to offer Ventilator/Vent Dialysis service. Our expertise also includes wound care, therapies, in-house dialysis care, Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Our nurturing environment encourages independence, creativity, and personal growth.
