Coynerco was borne from over a decade of construction experience and the sincere desire to build a better home that offers continual, long-term cost savings.

The owner, Matthew Coyner, attended Yale and UVA and holds degrees in Environmental Science. Coynerco has built homes that are 30% more energy efficient than a code built house with an estimated utility savings of $1,200/year, as determined by an independent energy audit.
