Sheridan Health Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nurse-managed federally-qualified health center that began in 1995 with providers from the University of Colorado, College of Nursing. We offer a variety of services to encompass all of a patient's needs and strive to provide complete care to individuals with a focus on wellness and disease prevention. Sheridan Health Services, Inc. has two locations serving adults and children. The Sheridan Family Health Clinic and the Sheridan Youth Health Clinic both provide primary care and a comprehensive range of physical, behavioral, oral health, and pharmacy services.
