I had the misfortune of getting a leaky toilet on a Saturday night, I reached out and left a message to the owner asking for a quote. Sunday morning, before I was even awake, the owner had reached out and asked for photo and video of the leak so that he could provide an accurate estimate. I provided the requested items and the owner was able to provide a quick quote, and schedule a technician to come out within 3-4 hours.
Overall I'm very happy with the service, polite and professional. The estimate is on the high range (but not higher than all others I had tried), but the reviews sold this company
for me, and even though like I said, it was a bit higher, I feel the professionalism and quality of the work speaks for itself. You get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
