The Specialists began in 1976 as a single store in Tucson, Arizona called Auto Stereo Specialists with three employees. Our emphasis even then was a passion for quality installation and top-notch products. AM radios, CB/Cassette combo units and Jensen Tri-Axials were all the rage. Over the years, the Specialists have been honored by trade publications, manufacturers, civic organizations and charities. Awards like “Best of the Best”, “Retailer of the Year”, “High Performance Award”, “Award of Excellence” all dominate the trophy case at the Specialists Corporate offices. Today the Specialists employ over seventy people with five stores and a centralized online fulfillment center. We are a trained installer of car breathalyzer devices and partner with ADS Interlock.
