Tahreem Aziz, DO
Dr. Tahreem Aziz is a board certified internal medicine physician. Most recently she practiced as a hospitalist in St. Louis, MO. She has lived all over America. Her medical training began at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. She graduated from medical school in 2013 and completed her residency in Muncie, Indiana. Dr. Aziz’s training in osteopathic medicine has taught her to look at the whole person and not just the disease process. This holistic approach allows her to focus on a patient’s wellness and disease prevention.

Azfar Syed, MD
Dr. Azfar Syed is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician who currently practices as a hospitalist in Fort Worth. He was born and raised southeast Texas. He graduated from AUA medical school in 2015. After medical school he did his residency in Family Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. It was during his residency that he became passionate about weight loss and preventative medicine.

Day in and day out Dr. Syed would see the impact a poor lifestyle had on overall health. This was troubling to him, but ultimately it motivated him to find a better way to practice medicine. As a physician he knew that medications could help, but medications could not fix the underlying cause of a disease.


Dr. Syed founded VitaVia Telemedicine with the goal that he was going to give patients their health back so they can go on to live their best lives.
