On The Level Flooring

On The Level was born from the idea that there needed to be a change in the construction industry, especially in customer service. Our owner, while he was an installer, found a gap in communication, information, and service from the labor side of the industry to the customer. Too often the store selling the product did not bridge the gap between the consumer and the actual installer who is going to be in their home performing their install. We try to bring new technologies and proper training to everything we do to best suit our customers needs. We at On The Level believe that home renovation and construction products can be handled with the utmost integrity, communication, and passion - resulting in a wonderful end result and a customer who's expectations were exceeded in every way.
