All staff are w-2 employed through Missing Peace and we take care of conducting interviews, getting driving records, background checks and 10 panel drug tests. We streamline the financial part of having a nanny by serving as the intermediary and taking care of government taxes for them. We can then provide our clients required documentation to claim child care deductions on taxes at the end of the year.
