Scott Shafer has made the transition from HVAC after 20+ years in that field over to home inspection. He chose to make this transition due to wanting to spend more time with his family and to help customers find a safe home sweet home. 20+ years of HVAC has trained him well for the transition because he was always looking for things wrong in that career.

He is passionate to help his clients whether they are buying or selling their home to be prepared. He prides himself in attention to detail and making sure his customers understand what he has found.

As for his personal life he enjoys spending time with his family. Somethings he does with his family are going to church, hunting and fishing. During the winter months he enjoys playing In the snow and movie, snuggles, hot cocoa days!
