American Pain Institute

American Pain Institute was established to provide the highest quality of care and access for patients suffering from pain. Dr. Greenspan is the former Director of Pain Management at Downstate Medical School and offers a broader scope of pain management than any other specialist in the region. The office of American Pain Management offers a spa like environment complete with seating designed for people suffering from back pain, LED lights for those suffering from headaches, a sound system for soothing troubled patients, and artwork designed to distract patients in pain. Dr. Greenspan is an expert in the treatment of back pain, neck pain, joint pain, fibromyalgia, headaches, and pelvic pain. He holds a U.S. Patent in Occipital Neuromodulation which is a device used to control pain from headaches and migraines. Each member of the clinical staff at American Pain Institute has over 20 years experience in Health Care.
