A member of Colonial’s Relocation Division, Kyle’s focus is helping professionals relocate through Colonial’s Corporate Relocation Program. Kyle is fully-versed in all of Colonial’s wide array of Home Loan programs including Conventional, VA, FHA, First-Time Homebuyer, Low Down Payment Programs and more.

What sets Kyle apart as a Loan Officer is his attention to detail and commitment to 24-7 availability for his clients. He knows how important it is to be available to answer any questions that might come up during the home loan process, especially for customers who are relocating throughout the country, and prides himself on his instant responsiveness to client questions.

Kyle’s wife, Tina, is a Real Estate Agent in North Texas and his son, Davis, is a Loan Officer with Colonial’s Hurst, Texas Branch. You could say that Real Estate and Lending is a family passion for the Farnells! Kyle studied Business Management at Baylor University – Go Bears!
