Joseph C. Lane has had his own private law practice since July 1, 1997. Prior to opening his own practice, he was an associate with the Law Office of James B. MacDonald, Esq. in Ocean Grove, New Jersey (August, 1992 – June, 1997). Mr. Lane is engaged in the general practice of law since December 1992. The primary concentration of Mr. Lane’s practice is Real Estate law; Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning; Probate and Estate Administration; Business and Commercial Law (including compliance and collections); Landlord/Tenant matters; and Municipal Court. Mr. Lane is a member of the New Jersey State Bar (1992) and the New York State Bar (1993). Mr. Lane is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court District of New Jersey. Mr. Lane obtained his Juris Doctor in May 1992 from the University of Bridgeport School of Law, Bridgeport, Connecticut (now known as Quinnipiac University School of Law). Mr. Lane obtained his B.A. in accounting in 1988 from Washington and Jefferson College, Washington, Pennsylvania.
