New for 2022- sluice for treasures in our gem mine or upgrade your vacation by staying in one of our premium deluxe patio sites.  Make a memorable experience by glamping  in our rare 1949 vintage camper, caboose rooms, or deluxe cabin with room for the whole family.  We are in close proximity to Erwin, Johnson City, ETSU, and a short 50 minutes to Asheville, NC. Join us in creating memories by connecting with those you love and with nature!
