WAH GWAN has a unique mixture of cooking techniques, flavors, spices and influences for the indigenous people on the island of Jamaica, and the country of Nigeria. Other dishes are novel or a fusion of techniques and traditions. Along with ingredients that are native to Jamaica, some ingredients have been introduced and are now grown locally.
