The Pilates Firm is a boutique Pilates and Fitness Studio located in the heart of the Park Shore area of Naples, Florida. Owner, Wendy Stone brought her years of experience of owning a successful studio in the Boston area to sunny Florida in 2018. The Pilates Firm is focused on professional and personal service to each client who walks through its doors. Wendy and fellow instructor Clare Westwood are trained to the highest level in their Pilates certifications. Whether you are an athlete, weekend warrior or simply wishing to gain greater mobility with fewer aches and pains, they are ready to train you and help you progress towards your goals.
