I am an expert, fully qualified Anxiety Specialist. I assist clients throughout Reading and Berkshire conquer whatever is avoiding them from unlocking their full potential. I have efficiently worked with clients on a wide range of problems including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, self-confidence, stress, fears and phobias, misophonia, sleep problems, addictions, anger, and low self-confidence.
Being qualified in both Hypnotherapy and EMDR, I can also help clients with symptoms of PTSD and trauma-related anxiety.
I use both in-person and online appointments. I see customers in my uncrowded, private, therapy pod with free parking. Customers are welcome to book a free confidential, initial consultation to make sure I am the ideal person to help them.
