Mark J. Chou, DO

Dr. Chou was born in Taipei, Taiwan, but moved to southern California when he was young to be raised. He chose to enter the medical profession due to his interest in physiological science. Upon learning more about each specialty, Dr. Chou was further driven to enter cardiology as it allowed him to have the greatest impact on patient care and outcomes.Dr. Chou's clinical interests are in coronary and peripheral vascular disease imaging, management, and interventions."I believe every individual should be treated as if they were your own family member. I will strive to provide each individual with the best care possible. This includes educating each person to allow them to make the best decision about their own health."Dr. Chou's education began with an undergraduate degree in physiological sciences at the University of California - Los Angeles. He then got his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at Touro University – California. He completed his residency at Loma Linda University Health, and his fellowship at Medical City of Fort Worth in Cardiology/Interventional Cardiology.In his free time, Dr. Chou enjoys fitness, either at the gym or in the mountains. He spends his free time riding his bike and traveling.
