Fred Gilmer has a 21 year career as a police officer in a major metropolitan city. Fred has expertise as an Academy Instructor and a Negotiator, he currently teaches Customer Service classes, and Cultural Inclusion workshops on racism. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice from West Virginia State University and a Masters degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change at Northern Kentucky University. Mr. Gilmer is a member of the NAACP National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, National Diversity Council, and the Police and Firemen Association Hall of Fame.
