Jamir Norman holds 6 years in experience as a Master Trainer in Antioch cailfornia with his own private gym to Promote Health and fitness to all gender and ages . He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist/Master trainer from American Sports and fitness (ASAF). He has a background in health and fitness as well as athletic performance training with over 6 years of certification and experience in the field. His passion for fitness began through his love of sports and developed as a varsity athlete in basketball and Baseball . His approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a specific focus given to cardiovascular and strength training in combination with balance and flexibility training. He establishes long-term client interactions with the goal of integrating exercise and optimal wellness into the demands of daily life.
My mission is to help each of my clients reach his or her Personal Peak in fitness. I help clients reach their fitness goals by delivering the most effective in-home and outdoor personal training to them in the environment that’s most comfortable and convenient for them. Individualized, safe, high-intensity workouts which allow clients to achieve maximum results in the shortest amount of time is my specialty."
