At Evolve Walnut Creek, teens in our residential treatment center live on-site in our comfortable private home located on a large, beautiful property. We offer round-the-clock support and treatment for teens struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-injurious behavior, oppositional-defiant disorder (ODD), psychosis, or other high-acuity mental health, substance abuse, or behavioral issues. Evolve Walnut Creek offers evidence-based, solution-focused, results-oriented therapy. We learn everything we can about each of our teens before creating a customized recovery plan that serves their specific clinical needs.
