Don't believe the hype
Very rude over the phone; inconvenient office hours (7:30 - 5pm; and they expect to compete with body shops that have evening and weekend hours? seriously?); extremely sexist environment.

Friendly People; Great Repairs
I own a Mercedes SUV and a Dodge Van. The people at Erich's are very nice. My vehicles have always been fixed correctly and on time, which is a first for any body shop I' ve ever been to since I've been driving (1968). This is very...Cash
