Led by Raj Kandavanam, MD, Lake Family Medicine & Imaging provides a convenient alternative to urgent care. They offer walk-in visits and same-day appointments for patients with unexpected illnesses and injuries, including sprains, fractures, and other orthopedic injuries. 
Dr. Kandavanam and his team also provide personalized primary care services, including annual physicals and chronic disease management for health issues like diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
Lake Family Medicine & Imaging has in-house imaging, labs, and pharmacy services, ensuring that patients receive the care they need during one visit and eliminating the need to drive all over town for additional testing and prescriptions. 
Lake Family Medicine & Imaging accepts most insurance plans and welcomes new patients. Appointments are available by calling the practice. Walk-ins are also welcome.
