Reverse Mortgage Hawaii

Being an owner of a home care agency "Seniors Helping Seniors" in Hawaii for 10 years, I have met thousands of seniors who had unique challenges in medical and financial areas. Many seniors neglected their care due to financial difficulties. I believe some of these difficulties would have been alleviated if they were informed of all available resources including Reverse Mortgage.
Unfortunately, Reverse Mortgage is often misunderstood and not well received by many as a part of financial tools although it can bring so many benefits. Some can use it as a last resort lifeline while others can use it as reinforcement of their retirement plans or rainy days’ fund in case of emergency.
Each study shows a different result, but it is safe to say that most Americans are not financially prepared for retirement. Many of them do not consider their houses to be viable financial resources but financial outlook will improve dramatically if they learn how to utilize their houses.
I believe helping seniors is my calling. Nothing will excite me more than helping seniors by providing “Financial Freedom" and "Improving Quality of Life".
