StraightLine Fitness Studio offers a complete functional fitness programs, free of machines and gym atmosphere.There is no gym membership, you pay for the services that you want. 30 minute appointments provide a full body workout featuring body weight exercises, sand-bells, kettle-bells, battle ropes and games. You will be surprised how fit you feel after two weeks. We commonly hear "best shape of my life!" phrases from our clients. Your workout is never boring, experienced trainers will make progressions in your fitness when your body is ready. We take care in respecting where you are at in your physical fitness level and no one will push you into doing something you are not sure of. This is not a Cross Fit gym.
