Victoria grew up in Rhode Island where she studied at Providence College receiving her bachelor's degree and shortly after graduation, began as a loan officer. She started working primarily with first time buyers and developed a passion for finding down payment assistance and closing cost grants to help her customers realize their dream of home ownership. Early in her career, this led to her renovation financing.

With the low down-payment and option to borrow funds to both purchase and renovate, 203k and homestyle loans seemed like the perfect fit. As she expanded her territory from RI to include MA, ME, NH, CT and VT it became apparent to her that renovation financing could help more than just first time buyers.
