Dr. Carter has been practicing Dermatology in Chicago and the surrounding area since completing his dermatology residency in 2005. Dr. Carter graduated as summa cum laude from medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. He stayed on with the University of Tennessee for his internship in internal medicine and residency in dermatology.
