Mohamed Ibrahim, MD

Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim is a Board Certified General Surgeon
that has been practicing minimally invasive and
laparoscopic surgery since 2010. He graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities Medical School and completed his Residency at
Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis. Dr. Ibrahim is Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Ibrahim started his medical career in Nursing where he
practiced as an ER nurse prior to pursuing his medical
degree. This unique journey has empowered him to develop
compassionate and patient-oriented surgical care.
Dr. Ibrahim’s clinical interests include minimally invasive
laparoscopic surgery, surgical oncology including colon
cancer, laparoscopic hernia repair, and acute care surgery.
Dr. Ibrahim lives in north Dallas with his family. He enjoys
world travel and dedicates some of his time for humanitarian and charity work. This is very important to Dr.
Ibrahim as he originally came to the United States as a refugee himself.
