Eli is a general contractor, and Priscilla is a CPA with over 18 years of experience in job costing for construction and making them a dynamic duo in providing professional estimates. TCI drills down to our projects' actual cost and finds potential savings while also adding value to the project. These savings are passed down to our clients.
