Grady Cook, DO

Dr. Cook is board-certified in family medicine. He provides a wide range of family medicine services to care for his patients. Dr. Cook is also interested in chronic disease management and has special interests in diabetes, obesity, addiction, mental health and sports medicine. Dr. Cook is married with four children and is involved with his local church. Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time with family and exploring the outdoors. Dr. Cook has many hobbies, which include mountain and road biking, hiking, fishing and tennis.
