Thomas Ercolano III, Esq. is a family law attorney with Weinberger Divorce and Family Law Group, LLC. Mr. Ercolano is an accomplished family lawyer and former Deputy Attorney General (“DAG”) with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. He is highly skilled in all aspects of family and matrimonial law, including divorce, custody and parenting time, alimony, child support, division of assets, qualified domestic relation orders (QDROs), domestic violence, DCP&P child welfare matters, modification and enforcement of family court orders, post-divorce issues and all other related family matters.
