About Us
At Cumbre Medical Center, the goal of primary care physician Leovares Mendez, MD, is to provide comprehensive medical care for people of all ages living in and around Garland, Texas, and throughout Dallas County. 
Dr. Mendez has served the Garland community for more than 20 years. During that time, he’s built a strong reputation for taking great care of his patients. Dr. Mendez works to provide a sense of community and takes time to connect with each patient on a personal level. 
Patients can access diagnoses and treatments for a variety of conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and thyroid problems. Additionally, individuals can access allergy testing, women’s health, and mental health services on-site.
