Builders Wholesale Finishes

We are the Ruggs. John & Jerri Rugg. With a last name like that, what else should we do but flooring right? John grew up in the business on the east side of the state of Michigan working in the family flooring store, after learning how to install flooring by working as an apprentice under one of the installers that worked for the oldest flooring store in Michigan. Ten years ago when we got married and he moved to the south part of the state, we started Rugg Services, initially as a flooring installation business. Then about 4 years ago, I quit my job and started selling flooring. So we were a small mom & pop shop working out of our home, selling and installing. This past year we were offered the opportunity to buy Direct Sales/Studio 1555, a flooring, cabinetry, countertop and furniture showroom & warehouse in Morrice MI, under the name Builders Wholesale Finishes. We are continuing the tradition of the family business, as we now have several of our kids who are either installing flooring or selling flooring, cabinetry & furniture.
