Gilda is on site at every full service event giving her personal attention to every detail. We provide delicious food using the freshest in hand picked, seasonal and, when available, local ingredients, shopping all the Farmer’s Markets and specialty stores. Presentation is as important as customer service and delicious food because, as we all know, we eat with our eyes first, so we are constantly adding new and interesting buffet pieces and developing new and creative tablescape designs. Most often the food speaks for itself in the design process. We also offer a high level of back of the house as well as front of the house staffing. All your needs will not only be met, but anticipated and exceeded. Our goal is to provide a stress free environment with food and service beyond your expectations.
