The kitchens and bathrooms are modern and well equipped, and the bedrooms are very comfortable, quiet and private. Each rental villa has its own private lanai/patio with a swimming pool. Public beaches are close-by and the neighborhood has its own ferry boat (ferry passes are provided to all our guests) that takes you across the canal to the private South Venice Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The ferry leaves every half hour from 9:30am until sunset.
