Steven Preyer is a certified Home inspector holding professional certifications from both InterNACHI and ICA. He has specialized training in Pool/Spa Inspections and Infrared Thermography.
Steve has lived in the Murrieta / Temecula Valley since 1989. He has an intimate knowledge of the area he’s inspecting. He started his professional career working for a general contractor and then later transitioned over to working with a masonry contractor. Steve then started and later sold a custom aquarium fabrication business that built and installed large scale acrylic aquariums for residential and commercial applications. After 8 years in the construction field he received a medical degree and worked as a Respiratory Therapist for both Riverside County and Rady Children’s Hospital for 10 years. During that time he bought, renovated, and sold for profit 4 homes in the local areas acting as the contractor for the renovations.
