Dr. Gregory Mueller, FACS is a board certified plastic surgeon and the inventor of Ellevate™ and the ICLED® light guided suture system which is used to perform the procedure.
Ellevate™ gives surgeons the ability to address the underlying platysma muscles and submandibular glands percutaneously. Using ICLED® light guidance, surgeons can easily place a suture support system without incisions. Most patients experience rapid healing with minor bruising and swelling due to minimal tissue trauma. ICLED® is the first and only patented light guided technology for cosmetic procedures. It utilizes the illuminated Suturod® to accurately place sutures and is a one-time use disposable system.
Dr. Mueller also invented the oVio360® robotic imaging system which takes accurate and equally calibrated before and after patient photos. This technology is used in medicine, medical robotics and a broad variety of other non-medical industries.
