Russel Wayne Goldman

Russel is an understanding provider who takes an integrative approach to patient care, encouraging patients to take an active role in their health with preventive medicine and lifestyle modification. Creating an open, judgement-free atmosphere during each visit allows Russel to work collaboratively with patients to create individualized health plans that fit their unique lifestyle. To keep himself healthy, he maintains a balanced Paleo-based diet, swims, and works out at home. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and son, exploring remote and unspoiled areas of the Pacific Northwest. He graduated from the University of Cape Town School of Medicine and completed his residency at The Medical Center in Beaver, PA. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
