About Nezar Jrebi MD

Dr. Nezar Jrebi was born in Tripoli, Libya where he earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Tripoli at the top of his class. Dr. Jrebi pursued his residency in General Surgery at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and was chosen among eighteen preliminary residents to complete his residency at Mayo. His Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship was completed at The Ferguson Clinic/Michigan State University, one of the first proctology clinics in the US.
His primary specialty is colorectal surgery, minimally invasive, robotic surgery, and also performs some general surgery. Dr. Jrebi is leading the colorectal surgery service line. He is also bilingual with fluency in Arabic.
