Good Shepherd Home – Bethlehem is a 60-bed resource open to patients with primary diagnoses including, but not limited to, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, quadriplegia, or Multiple Sclerosis.
Residents may be referred by a physician, insurance company, discharge planner/social worker, home health agency, family member, or self-referral.
