Stratum Real Estate Group is located in Cedar City, Utah, and combines various levels of experience to Southern Utah real estate. The company was formed when three independent real estate brokers combined forces in June of 2010, each bringing to the table a level of expertise. These include: residential, investment, commercial, construction and foreclosure. Not only did they want to create a company that could provide the best service to their clients, but was a company of honesty, integrity and loyalty. Stratum Real Estate Group is one of the largest producing offices in the area with a team of licensed real estate agents dedicated to selling real estate. We have branch offices in St. George, Utah, and Duck Creek, Utah, as well.
