David Edwards, MBA, CPA brings a wealth of accounting, finance and tax knowledge to the team. He spent 14 years in public accounting, preparing tax returns and audits representing $4 billion in revenue, helped clients secure $200 Million in financing and advised on merger/acquisition transactions of $150 Million. He left public accounting to become the CFO for a client. After several successful years assisting the company through a growth phase, he helped guide them to a sale to a private equity group. Through these experiences, he discovered his passion. He thrives on helping entrepreneurs and business owners succeed by providing them expert level accounting and finance services. Iron Bridge Solutions was born out of this desire to help as many companies as possible reach their goals.
