Christie Yi

Christie Yi, MD is a member of Summit Health’s Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine team. Dr. Yi provides primary care to patients from birth to age 21, including check-ups, sick visits, and vaccinations.

Dr. Yi’s patient care philosophy is to promote physical and mental health through prevention and anticipatory guidance. By supporting a child-centered team approach, she says, she works to “build a solid foundation for growth and development.”

Dr. Yi prioritizes connecting with her patients and their families and fostering mutually trusting, respectful relationships. She considers her role as a health partner to be particularly rewarding. “I enjoy watching my patients grow through various stages and helping guide them when I can,” she says.

When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Yi enjoys traveling, volunteering, and playing tennis.
