Lauren Lynn

Lauren Lynn, APN is a member of Summit Health's Hospitalist Medicine team. Ms. Lynn facilitates care coordination for patients in the hospital setting and ensures continuity of care for each patient upon their departure.<br />

Ms. Lynn understands the fear that can accompany a hospital visit and enjoys playing an active role in patient comfort and safety while facilitating their healing through clinical decisions that help formulate quality care plans. Ms. Lynn is dedicated to each patient’s overall wellness and acts as their primary advocate. She makes every patient a priority, understanding that each unique experience deepens her knowledge, and strongly contributes to her being able to better serve her patients in the future.<br />

Prior to joining Summit Health, Ms. Lynn worked as a staff nurse for 10 years and as a registered nurse at Overlook Medical Center in Summit. She is a member of the NJ League of Nursing, the American Nurses Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and American Medical Surgical Nurses.<br />

When not caring for patients, Ms. Lynn enjoys spending time with the light of her life—her young daughter, Maddie and sees opportunity in each day to instill the importance of kindness in her. Ms. Lynn is a big-time fan of music and nature and is currently teaching herself to speak Spanish.
