Isaac Galandauer

Isaac Galandauer, MD, specializes in a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions and diseases as well as cancer prevention, pancreatic diseases, and inflammatory bowel disease. Dr. Galandauer has expertise in advanced endoscopic techniques, including endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).<br />

Dr. Galandauer has practiced privately with Atlantic Gastroenterology in Cedar Knolls, Florham Park, and Whippany, New Jersey. Before that, he was Assistant Program Director at New York Medical college where he trained future gastroenterologists in standard and advanced endoscopic techniques.<br />

Dr. Galandauer is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association, and American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.<br />

"My father's illness with colon cancer inspired me to help prevent and treat the disease in other people." He adds, "I treat patients with the same care I would give my own family members."<br />

Dr. Galandauer is the author or coauthor of articles and abstracts that are published in prestigious, peer-reviewed scientific journals, including American Journal of Gastroenterology, Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and American Journal of Cardiology. He has delivered local, regional, and national invited presentations in his field.<br />

Dr. Galandauer is the recipient of the New York Medical College Exceptional Performance Award.<br />

When he is not working with his patients, Dr. Galandauer enjoys spending time with his family, music, snowboarding, skiing, and playing tennis.
