Marc Slavin

Marc Slavin MSW, LCSW, has more than 25 years' experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotherapy. His expertise includes performance (presentation) anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, social / relationship / family issues, work-related stress, and anger management.<br />

Before joining Summit Health, Mr. Slavin was a psychotherapist with Hudson Psychiatric Associates in Hoboken. He also has been Clinical Supervisor at Deron School in Montclair, a mental health clinician for the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Behavioral Health Brief Treatment Services, a psychotherapist at Summit Psychiatric Associates, and a mental health clinician at the Carrier Clinic in Belle Mead, New Jersey.<br />

Mr. Slavin's experience as a professional actor, which included the study of human emotions and behavior, inspired him to become a psychotherapist.
